Deposits
A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless Purr Spa cancels or needs to reschedule from our side.
Final price
Final pricing may vary depending on coat condition, matting, temperament, behaviour, service time and what is safely possible during the appointment.
Cancellations and no-shows
Cancellation and no-show policy applies. If you need to change or cancel your booking, please message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
